I love to talk and have opinions on most things, from politics to family; from spirituality to books and beyond.
My personal areas of interest are family life (especially teenagers), the role of women (in the home and in society), animals (from pets to our wonderful wildlife), positive ageing (especially for women), book reviews and social media (I am a self confessed twitter addict).
I present my own programme on Dublin South FM, called The Hen House.
I do a weekly slot on Moncrieff on Newstalk every Monday called So You Think You’re An Adult… a kind of agony aunt with an edge along with with agony uncle, John Healy.
I also contribute regularly to The Pat Kenny Show and Talking Point also on Newstalk along with a variety of other talk radio programmes across all stations.
I previously had a weekly slot on The Gareth O Callaghan Saturday Show on Classic Hits 4FM which ran for 4 months from February 2011.
I am a very regular panellist on TV3’s Midday programme and I also occasionally contribute to TV3’s Tonight With Vincent Browne and Ireland AM.
